What You’ll Do:

  • Engage & Educate customers about their energy needs.
  • Inspire Action and show customers the benefits of solar.
  • Achieve & Excel sales goals with ongoing training and support.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and referrals.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Marketing to align strategies.

Position Requirements

  • Proven Experience in Residential Solar Sales or a Related Field.
  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation and Customer Service Skills.
  • Self-Motivated, Results-Driven and Detail-Oriented.
  • Valid Driver’s Licence and Vehicle [Essential].

Highly Regarded

  • Understanding of solar energy or background in electrical services.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Renewable Energy, or similar.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.

No Sales Experience?

No sales experience but keen to learn and resonate with everything you've read so far - then we want to hear from you. Training, coaching and support is provided to help you Excel!
