With 19 stores across Australia and still growing. We are looking for an experienced hospitality or retail leader with the energy to drive and lead our passionate team to success at our Chadstone store in the role of Assistant Manager.

As the Assistant Manager, you will play an integral part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant. Reporting directly to the Store Business Manager, you will contribute to cultivating the vibrant Salsas culture within the team, fostering a positive environment, and ensuring our customers receive exceptional service.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading and motivating our team to embody the Salsas values and uphold our brand's culture.
• Assisting the Store Business Manager in recruiting and training team members.
• Collaborating on marketing initiatives to drive business growth and create an outstanding customer experience.
• Supporting the Store Business Manager in achieving financial objectives.
• Managing inventory levels and controlling costs to optimize profitability.
• Upholding operational excellence by implementing and adhering to policies and procedures.
