The Role

We are looking for an Assistant Business Development Manager to support the BDM team with administrative and operational tasks. This role offers the opportunity to manage sales channels in the future, providing a clear path for career growth into sales.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update stock lists on the shared drive and CRM.
  • Follow up on contracts to ensure exchange.
  • Ensure all brochures and marketing materials are correct.
  • Update REA listings and Arcanite database.
  • Conduct stock take and manage system updates.
  • Support the BDM with market research and agent/partner communication.
  • Assist with intermediary sales channel management, with future growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); CRM experience is a plus.
  • Proactive, driven, and eager to learn.
  • Real estate experience is preferred but not required.
  • A valid driver’s license (occasional travel required).
