As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Team Leader to join our team and help us ensure that our products reach our customers efficiently and safely.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage Daily Operations: Oversee daily warehouse activities, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
• Order Fulfillment: Responsible for picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Investigate and resolve any order discrepancies, damages, or missing items promptly to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Receiving Deliveries: Manage the receipt of deliveries, ensuring products are inspected, logged, and stored in accordance with company standards.
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and ensure correct storage and organisation of products.
• Staff Management: Schedule rosters and allocate resources effectively to ensure a smooth workflow.
• Logistics: Coordinate with courier services and freight forwarder to optimise shipping efficiency.
• Forklift Operation: Operate forklift to move and store stock safely within the warehouse. Ensure the safe use of all warehouse equipment.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure all warehouse operations comply with company safety standards and relevant regulations. Perform regular safety checks and report any hazards.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement strategies to improve the efficiency of warehouse operations and the accuracy of order fulfillment.
• Work closely with the GM and assist with special projects related to warehouse optimisation.
• Other general administration duties as requested by management.

About You

When it comes to skills and experience, you have:

• 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
• Valid forklift license and proven experience operating warehouse equipment.
• Prior experience in warehouse management, logistics, or inventory control.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management procedures and e-commerce platforms such as Shipstation and Shopify.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise workloads, and maintain order in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to effectively meet deadlines, adapt and prioritise
• Be self-motivated whilst being a team player, with the ability to work both autonomously as well as part of the ESK team
• Ability to identify challenges proactively and implement effective solutions.
• High attention to detail ensuring all orders, stock levels, and warehouse processes are meticulously managed.
