Warehouse Inventory Team Leader

We are seeking a suitable candidate to join our team at ITM – Qld Head Office at Stapylton, in the capacity of Warehouse Inventory Team Leader. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operations and logistics of inventory of our warehouse. Reporting to the QLD Warehouse Manager, you’ll lead the charge in maintaining accurate processes by your guidance, and initiative, to shape a high-performing inventory team of 3 staff that collaborate cohesively to ensure a high standard of performance for our warehouse inventory.

Responsibilities:
- Foster a high-performing and engaged Inventory team by supporting process compliance and capability
- Lead the inventory team, providing coaching and mentorship for their development
- Resolve inventory-related issues promptly and effectively, identifying and implementing solutions
- Developing and coordinating section priorities, work plans and objectives and remaining adaptable to changing of work flows
- Collaborate with stakeholders and maintain communication within agreed service level agreements
- Lead investigations into inventory matters, from discrepancies to customer inquiries
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvements in inventory operations
- Facilitating stocktake
- Receipting and organisation of goods, from both LCL and FCL shipments internationally

Requirements
- Current LF Forklift License
- Previous experience in a similar leadership role
- Warehouse experience in receiving and inventory
- Strong administrative and technology skills
- Adaptable to new and changing software applications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Physically capable to lift goods and unload containers
- Motivated to work in a team environment

HOURS: Monday - Friday 8am to 4.30pm
