Catering Project is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Dispatch Coordinator to oversee the efficient delivery of catering services to our clients. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless coordination of our catering operations, from receiving orders to managing the dispatch and delivery of our products. What you'll be doing

• Coordinating the daily dispatch and delivery of catering orders, including managing pick-up and drop-off schedules
• Communicating with clients to confirm order details, delivery times, and any special requirements
• Liaising with the kitchen team to ensure orders are prepared and ready for dispatch on time
• Monitoring stock levels and identifying any potential supply chain issues, working with the logistics team to address them
• Maintaining accurate records of all dispatched orders and deliveries, and providing regular reporting
• Troubleshooting any delivery-related issues and implementing solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
• Supporting the broader operations team as needed, contributing to the overall success of the catering business
