Role responsibilities:

• Providing prompt and appropriate responses to customer booking enquires and other concerns via phone and email.
• Working collaboratively with drivers to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Allocating jobs to drivers via a digital transport management system and also via phone.
• Ensuring drivers runs are well-planned to maintain the fleets operational effectiveness and efficiency.
• Supporting other operations team members in managing the day-to-day challenges faced by the fleet.
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers.
• Possessing a positive and solution-based attitude when dealing with customers, drivers and other colleagues.
