Our client in Epping, grows, sources, markets, and delivers high quality fresh products by developing supply chain solutions that ensure customers have what they need, where and when they need it.

They are currently seeking an experienced and hands-on permanent full-time Night Shift Warehouse & Dispatch Coordinator to join their team. This role offers long-term stability with potential career growth opportunities and performance-based incentives.

The shift times for this role are: Saturday to Thursday 11pm - 8am.

Salary: $85k - $95k + Super

Commenment: Ideally Mid-to-late March

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receiving & Dispatch:
• Ensure all produce unloading at Loading Bay West is accurately documented and reported.
• Communicate unloading destinations to relevant forklift drivers.
• Verify unloading reports for accuracy in invoicing and pallet management.
• Warehouse Operations:
• Assist in loading and unloading goods, ensuring proper handling and storage.
• Pick and pack orders as per customer requirements and company guidelines.
• Conduct inventory checks and support general warehouse duties such as cleaning and organization.
• Coordination & Reporting:
• Work closely with forklift drivers, truck drivers, and warehouse personnel to ensure smooth operations.
• Accurately document and report shift activities and issues for the Day Operations Supervisor.
• Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Provide accurate and timely administrative support services including roster preparation and end of shift paperwork
• Accurate processing and daily reconciling of all unloading activities (including prior day late unloading) into the Unloading Program with all issues captured, lifts and pallet numbers, produce variance for daily reporting purposes
• Accurate and timely report at end of shift to the transport companies, receivers and internal reports including pallet reports
• Customer Service:
• Assist customers collecting goods from the warehouse, ensuring efficiency and professionalism.
• Address and escalate customer concerns as required.
• Safety & Compliance:
• Follow workplace health and safety (WHS) procedures at all times.
• Report any workplace incidents, hazards, or operational concerns immediately.
• Maintain a professional appearance, including wearing the correct uniform (Hi-Vis tops and vest)

Qualification & Experience

• Victorian Driver's License
• LF Forklift license (mandatory).
• Strong time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with managers, drivers, and warehouse staff.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills (Excel/Word) for data entry and reporting.
• Previous experience working in Night Shift would be ideal
• Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or dispatch operations is highly desirable.
