BURGER URGE - Supply Chain Coordinator

Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will be an integral part of our collaborative team, ensuring efficient supply chain operations and exceptional service delivery across our venues.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Oversee the management of the Buy Force inventory program, ensuring accuracy in stocktake templates and records.
  • Analyse inventory, supply chain, and sales data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with regional managers and distributors to resolve stock issues, such as pricing discrepancies and out-of-stock items.
  • Manage national price files, ensuring alignment with finance and accurate recipe costing.
  • Conduct regular communication with regional and venue managers to provide updates and support.
  • Liaise with procurement, NPD, and retail teams to maintain up-to-date supply chain agreements.
  • Conduct reviews of stock management procedures, identifying opportunities for cost savings and waste reduction.

To be successful in this role you will require the following:

  • 2+ years of experience in inventory management or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail for data interpretation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective relationship management.
  • Proficiency in supply chain and inventory management principles.
  • Experience with inventory management systems and data analysis tools.
  • Ability to coordinate among multiple teams effectively and manage changing priorities.
  • A relevant qualification in supply chain management or business is advantageous.
