About the Role
As a Purchasing and Logistics Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects for P4. From liaising with clients and managing orders to communicating with suppliers to coordinate transport and installation, your organisational skills and attention to detail will be key to maintaining our reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Delivery: Oversee project timelines and deliverables for P4.
- Order Management: Process and track orders with precision, ensuring on-time fulfillment.
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional service by proactively updating clients and addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Supplier Liaison: Communicate effectively with suppliers to confirm order details and resolve issues.
- Transport & Logistics Coordination: Schedule and manage deliveries and installations to meet project deadlines.
- Repair Management: Handle warranty and chargeable repair processes, keeping clients informed.
- Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records and assist with general office operations.
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a detail-oriented, organised, and proactive individual with:
- Experience: Proven experience in project coordination, purchasing and logistics or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in an ERP, CRM, and the MS Office Suite.
- Customer Service Excellence: Strong communication and problem-solving skills to ensure client satisfaction. You must be willing to have the difficult conversation.
- Time Management: Ability to multi-task, manage multiple projects, and meet competing deadlines.
- Team Collaboration: A team player who can work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Information Retention: The ability to retain detailed information for multiple projects at one time.
