Key Responsibilities:
- Manage subcontractor & supplier agreements.
- Process progress claims & purchase orders.
- Coordinate supplier delivery schedules.
- Oversee company equipment & procurement.
- Support daily purchasing tasks.
What we're looking for:
- Construction experience (essential).
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
- Greentree software experience (preferred).
- Strong communication & organization skills.
- Positive attitude & teamwork mindset.
