Your Role – Drive Finance, Purchasing & Administration
As our Administration Coordinator – Finance & Purchasing, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting daily operations, ensuring seamless financial processes, and coordinating purchasing activities. Your key responsibilities will include:
Financial & Bookkeeping Responsibilities:
- Managing and processing Accounts Payable and Receivable, ensuring accurate and timely transactions.
- Processing invoices, reconciliations, and bank transactions.
- Managing debtor and creditor accounts, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Assisting with payroll processing.
- Daily banking and reconciliation of accounts.
- Supporting the Company Manager with reporting, financial insights, budgets, and P&L, working alongside our external Bookkeeper and Accountant.
Purchasing & Administrative Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with the Company Manager to coordinate supplier relationships and streamline purchasing processes.
- Raising and processing purchase orders for stock and equipment.
- Monitoring inventory levels, forecasting stock requirements, and coordinating efficient purchasing processes.
- Verifying and matching supplier invoices with purchase orders and deliveries and addressing queries
- Ensuring compliance with procurement policies and maintaining accurate records.
- Keeping paperwork in check – collecting and organising key documents.
- Keeping daily operations smooth with admin and financial support.
What We’re Looking For
- A proactive professional with experience in finance, purchasing, and administration (preferably in trade, retail, or construction).
- A detail-oriented, analytical thinker who excels at problem-solving in fast-paced environments.
- Tech-savvy—proficient in MYOB and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- A confident communicator who works well with teams and external partners.
- A proactive multitasker who loves optimising processes and increasing efficiency.
