As a Desktop Support Analyst, you will provide essential technical support to internal users, ensuring smooth operation of IT systems, hardware, and software.

This is a 3-4 month contract role with the opportunity for an extension.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing L1/L2 support for desktops, laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices
• Installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware/software systems
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues and managing IT asset inventory
• Assisting with IT projects and maintaining documentation for IT processes

Skills and Experience

• Experience in L1 and L2 desktop support
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills, including hardware and software
• ITIL Foundation certification and asset management experience desirable
• Experience with AV equipment is preferable
