Great opportunity for Digital Content Support Officer with proven AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) and SharePoint and/or Squiz Matrix experience, required for an exciting cutting-edge project in the NSW Government sector.
This opportunity
Working in a highly skilled team of I.T and business professionals, this role will focus on supporting key stakeholders in a major NSW Government system modernisation project, as the organisation migrates its digital content from legacy content management systems Squiz and SharePoint 2013, across to the new solution of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). This is a highly exciting role, to work with some of the best in the business, within an innovative and supportive environment. This initial contract will be for 3 months with further extensions highly likely, and can be performed working from home 3x days per week (Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays), with 2x days per week (Tuesdays and Thursdays) required in the clients Parramatta-based offices.

Required skills and experience

• 3 years+ experience as a Digital Content Officer / Web Content Manager in total
• 2+ years total SharePoint and/or Squiz CMS experience
• 1+ years Adobe Experience in total
• Proven experience of the following: Digital content migration process from legacy CMS’s to new CMS’s, understanding of information architecture (IA) and experience of developing content that meets best practices in English, Editorial and Brand standards
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Nice-to- have skills and experience

• Proven experience of working to Accessibility standards WCAG2.1
• Previous NSW Government, Banking or Telco experience
