Join a large complex government agency based in Parramatta seeking to bring on a determined ICT Helpdesk Officer on a contractual basis.
The talented individual will provide internal support on a micture of face to face, calls & MS Teams.

Requirements:

• Operating System Knowledge - Basic troubleshooting of Windows 10/11.

• Microsoft 365 Support basic knowledge - Assisting users with Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and licensing issues.
• Active Directory (AD) - User account creation, password resets, and basic permissions management.
• Hardware Troubleshooting - Diagnosing issues with PCs, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Security Awareness - Basic knowledge of MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication), endpoint security, and phishing prevention.
