The Role: As our company continues to grow, we’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our team.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in coordinating project activities, supporting stakeholders, and ensuring efficient project execution. If you have a strong analytical mindset, great communication skills, and a passion for project management, this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading project planning consultancy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning, tracking progress, and ensuring smooth execution within allocated time, budget, and resources.
- Establish effective communication with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure proper project progress in accordance with the established schedule.
- Analyse project datato identify risks, inefficiencies, and improvement areas, suppor strategic decision-making.
- Maintain accurate project records and prepare periodical reports on project status to facilitate decision-making processes and assess progress.
- Maintain accurate project documents, reports, and records and ensure strict compliance with standards and legal guidelines in all project documents and records.
- Review documents and project progress reports to resolve issues related to project scheduling and progress.
- Oversee team performance and other stakeholders, implement corrective actions when necessary, provide timely reports on schedule and cost changes, and and support project teams in mitigating risks and optimizing performance.
- Resolve issues and respond to clients and stakeholders inquiries
The requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project administration, coordination, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project and Jira for project scheduling and tracking.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with various stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze project data, identify risks, and support strategic decision-making.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, Agile, or PRINCE2) is advantageous.
- Experience working in construction, infrastructure, or renewable energy industries is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
