Job Description

Enrolment and Fees supports all the University’s enrolment and fees activities. As an Enrolment and Fees Officer, you will provide functional support to staff and students around all enquiries that are enrolment and fees based. Perform processes and multiple activities that ensure our students have seamless interactions when it comes to enrolment and fees processes.

About you

• Higher Education experience / exposure, with the ability to understand government legislation, follow policy and carry out complex processes
• Experience in a Content Management System/Student Management System would be beneficial alongside an interest in learning new skills.
• Excellent task management, prioritisation and problem-solving abilities.
• A good knowledge of the MS Office suite, including Excel (intermediate).
• A strong and high attention to detail and the ability to prioritise you own workload.
• Flexible and adaptable to quick changes with a willingness to be agile between tasks.
• A strong team player. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and enjoy working collaboratively with all stakeholders.

What we can offer
This is a continuing full-time position located at Brisbane South (Nathan). As Griffith is a multi-site University you may be required to work across other locations.

HEW Level 5 salary range $77,761 - $87,235 per annum + 17% superannuation. The total FTE package will be in the range $90,980 - $102,064 per annum.
