About the Role:
- Provide accurate, timely HR advice to employees and managers across various employment matters.
- Coach and support leaders in managing performance, grievances, and workplace issues.
- Assist in performance reviews, policy development, recruitment, training, and WHS administration.
- Partner with the P&C team to deliver people reporting, analyse HR data, and support company-wide initiatives.
- Drive workplace safety and workers compensation processes in collaboration with the safety team.
- Stay current on employment law, industry trends, and best practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
About you:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar HR role.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, employment law, and Modern Awards.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a proactive approach.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
- A flexible, solution-focused mindset with a drive to innovate and improve.
