We're partnering with a state government agency to offer a permanent Customer Advisor (Claims Management) role starting late March. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable organisation with a competitive salary of around $90,000 plus super and the flexibility to work 50/50 from home.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in claims management or roles that involved a combination of administrative tasks and relationship management. Backgrounds in insurance, retail management, banking, lending, property management, or complex customer service will be highly regarded;
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple cases efficiently and effectively;
- Relationship and rapport-building abilities to work effectively with a range of stakeholders;
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to navigate complex situations;
- Ability to interpret legislation and apply it effectively in your role; and
- A proactive, self-driven approach to managing and resolving cases.
