We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Office Assistant/ All-rounder to assist the management of short-term rental properties and maintain our high level of service. You’ll help manage guest and client relations, property standards, and handle various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with guests and property owners
- Manage booking and property related tasks
- Help to manage cleaning and maintenance schedules and standards
- Linen orders and consumables inventory
- Update software, property details like manuals, checklists, and photos
- Assist with general office, administrative and property management duties
- Provide weekend and after-hours support for guest communication and emergencies
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Experience in administration, property management, or hospitality
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Tech-savvy
