Mount Hutton Medical & Skin Cancer Centre has been operating for 10 years and is a well established clinic. We are looking for an enthusiastic Medical Receptionist/ clerk to Join our growing team. 2-4 days per week.

Qualifications & experience

• Experience as a Receptionist, excellent communication skills and Phone Manner Reliable and motivated Able to work within a team environment,Knowledge of Best Practice Software would be prefered but not essenital as on the job training will be provided to the candidate.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Triaging, booking and rescheduling patient appointments Billing, scanning and filing documents Knowledge about Medicare claims, and ability to multi-task. General administrative duties Opening and closing the clinic.
