Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and visitors warmly and professionally
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments accurately
• Manage patient registrations and update records with precision
• Process payments, issue receipts, and reconcile daily transactions
• Collaborate effectively with medical staff to ensure smooth operations
• Assist with administrative duties as required

Requirements:

• Completion of a certificate program in the medical receptionist field preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience working as a medical receptionist
• Proficiency in operating Best Practice/Pracsoft and Microsoft Office software
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology
• Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Medicare/Private billing and reconciliation
