Role Overview:

As a Business Development Associate at ITSM Corp, you will be an integral part of our sales team, helping to identify and pursue new business opportunities. You will engage with potential clients, build strong relationships, and contribute to the development of strategic sales initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to grow in a fast-paced IT services environment and make a tangible impact on our company’s success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and prospect new business opportunities in the IT services market.

• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify potential clients.

• Assist in the creation of proposals, presentations, and sales materials.

• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and clients.

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive lead generation and sales strategies.

• Track progress and report on sales activities, pipelines, and results.

• Stay informed on the latest IT trends, products, and services to engage clients effectively.

Requirements:

1 year of experience in sales or business development (experience in IT or tech-related industries is highly preferred).

• A good understanding of the IT landscape, including hardware, software, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Fresh graduates with a strong interest in IT and business development are encouraged to apply.
