What you'll be doing

• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities that align with the company's strategic objectives.
• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote the company's services and secure new clients.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with new clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Collaborate with the management team to design and execute business development initiatives.

What we're looking for

• Proven track record in business development or sales with a minimum of 5 years of experience in health care recruitment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success in identifying and securing new business opportunities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to inform strategic decisions.
• Proficient in the use of CRM systems and other sales and marketing tools.
