As a Technical Consultant, you will work with both new and existing customer to develop custom solutions that enhance their use of Apparel21.

What you’ll be doing:

• Data extraction & transformation: using Oracle PL/SQL to import/export data between systems.
• Report writing: extracting data with PL/SQL and designing reports with Crystal Reports.
• B2B system integrations: leveraging detailed APIs and file exchanges.
• EDI partnerships: coding, configuring, accrediting, and providing ongoing support.
• Code testing: ensuring solutions meet customer needs.
• Documentation: creating clear, user-friendly release notes.

What we’re looking for:

• 1+ years’ experience in a similar role OR extensive consulting background looking for more hands-on technical opportunities
• Exposure in SQL and Procedural SQL, Oracle PL/SQL and Oracle SQL is a must
• A customer-first mindset – you need to enjoy working directly with clients
• A strong communicator who can explain technical concepts clearly
• A passion for solving business problems with smart, efficient solutions
• Energetic and engaged, someone who loves to contribute to discussions
• Able to juggle multiple tasks and manage time effectively
• Adaptable and eager to embrace change
