About the role
As our Technical Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics 365, you’ll manage the design, development, and maintenance of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions, ensuring compliance with IT standards and data governance. Reporting to the Manager Service Delivery, you’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to customise, integrate, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, enhancing business processes and system efficiency.
As our Technical Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics 365, you'll also:
- lead the customisation, integration, and development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to meet business needs.
- provide technical expertise in system configurations, upgrades, and ensuring alignment with IT standards and privacy regulations.
- collaborate with stakeholders to design innovative solutions, support product roadmaps, and maintain system functionality.
- deliver ongoing system support, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to testing, data migration, and deployment activities.
Skills & Experience
- Extensive experience in customising and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including workflows, plugins, and integrations.
- Strong technical knowledge of the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Microsoft Azure services.
- Proven ability to design solutions based on detailed business requirements and adhere to privacy and compliance standards.
