Are you ready to lead complex CRM implementations and drive digital transformation?
We’re partnering with a leading HubSpot partner to find an Implementation Consultant who will take ownership of CRM projects, ensuring seamless implementation, automation, and integration while delivering exceptional client experiences.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead CRM projects – Oversee planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring projects stay on track, on time, and within budget.
- Work closely with clients – Understand their needs, design tailored CRM solutions, and act as their go-to expert.
- Own the implementation process – Configure, customize, and integrate HubSpot to align with business objectives.
- Drive automation – Develop workflows and processes that improve efficiency and business performance.
- Deliver training & support – Empower clients and internal teams with the knowledge to maximize their CRM usage.
- Continuously improve – Stay ahead of CRM trends, identify opportunities for enhancement, and optimize system performance.
- Manage integrations – Ensure smooth data flow between systems and align with integration best practices.
- Monitor profitability – Keep projects financially on track and identify new sales opportunities.
- Support sales efforts – Collaborate with teams to upsell and cross-sell CRM solutions.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience leading CRM implementations and projects
- Strong client engagement skills – able to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Hands-on expertise in HubSpot – across all products and add-ons
- Experience with automation tools, marketing workflows, and system integrations
- Ability to provide clear training and support to clients and teams
- Knowledge of DevOps and integration operations
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to process improvement
- A track record of managing project profitability and driving additional value
