Wiggles and Giggles Child Care Centre (EXCEEDING) is seeking a passionate and experienced Nominated Supervisor to join our dynamic team. As the Nominated Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and compliant operation of our child care centre, located in Wentworthville, NSW.

Key responsibilities

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the centre, including staff supervision, programming, and ensuring regulatory compliance
• Maintaining a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for the children in our care
• Collaborating with the management team to develop and implement policies, procedures, and quality improvement strategies
• Fostering positive relationships with families, community stakeholders, and regulatory authorities
• Providing mentorship and professional development support to the centre's educators
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation as required by the regulatory framework

What we're looking for

• A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Nominated Supervisor or in a similar senior role within the childcare sector
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework, relevant legislation, and regulations governing the childcare industry
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• A genuine passion for supporting children's development and promoting high-quality early childhood education
• A commitment to continuous improvement and professional development
