The Role
We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Centre Manager / Nominated Supervisor to lead our team and drive excellence in early education.
As the Centre Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the service, mentor and guide educators, build strong partnerships with families, and foster deep connections within the wider community. Your leadership will be key in shaping a positive, inclusive culture where children, families, and staff feel welcomed and supported.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations, ensuring high-quality care and education.
- Mentor and support educators, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and staff.
- Engage with the wider community to create meaningful connections.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, including the NQF and NQS.

About You
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Diploma of Early Childhood Education & Care (or higher, ACECQA approved).
- Previous leadership experience in early childhood education
- Current Blue Card, First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates.
- Strong working knowledge of the NQF, NQS, and EYLF.
- Experience in conflict resolution, team building, and performance management.
- Knowledge of CCS software (Kidsoft preferred).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with families and staff.
