We are seeking a highly motivated early childhood professional that has previous Centre Manager experience.

Some of the qualities we're looking for include:

• Great management and communication skills
• Sound knowledge implementing NQF/NQS/EYLF
• Oversee the daily operations of the Centre, including staff management, enrolments, record keeping and fee management
• Ideally have a sound knowledge or experience with Kidsoft
• Experience building and maintaining strong relationships and partnerships with Children, Families, and Colleagues
• Demonstrate leadership skills, mentoring of staff and collaboration with colleagues
• A commitment to ongoing professional learning and personal growth.

Your credentials:

• Bachelor of Early Childhood or Diploma of Children Services as a minimum qualification
• First Aid Certificate including CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
• Valid BlueCard.
