We are seeking a passionate, experienced, and dedicated Nominated Supervisor & Educational Leader office based role to join our team. This pivotal position is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care, education, and compliance with regulatory frameworks, including the National Quality Framework (NQF) and the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of the service in compliance with the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations.
- Ensure all legal requirements are met, including health and safety standards, staffing ratios, and regulatory frameworks.
- Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory bodies, including the Australian Children’s Education and Care Quality Authority (ACECQA), families, children and Educators.
- Ensure compliance with all NQF and NQS standards, monitoring the implementation of policies and procedures.
- Lead and inspire the educational team, fostering a culture of continuous professional development.
- Support educators in developing high-quality, responsive educational programs that reflect the NQS.
- Assist in the implementation and review of the educational program, ensuring it is inclusive, child-centered, and adheres to NQF principles.
- Support the development and implementation of reflective practices to enhance learning outcomes for children.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Essential:
- Minimum Diploma Qualification
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in early childhood education, including experience in leadership and management roles.
- Proven knowledge and understanding of the NQF, NQS, and the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate staff and build positive relationships with families and stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with a focus on compliance and quality improvement.
Desirable:
- A current WWVP and First Aid Certificate.
- Experience in an educational leadership role with the capacity to mentor and guide staff.
- A commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
