We're looking for a dedicated Member Services Representative to join our Customer Service team on a temporary basis. This role involves working directly with our members, providing top-notch service and assistance.

Description

  • Handle all incoming calls and emails, addressing member enquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Provide valuable information and guidance to members regarding our services and benefits.
  • Process member applications and manage member accounts with care and accuracy.
  • Work collaboratively with the Customer Service team to meet and exceed member satisfaction targets.
  • Support the development and implementation of member service strategies.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge about the medical industry and our services.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including confidentiality and data protection standards.

Profile

A successful Member Services Representative should have:

  • A strong background in customer service roles, ideally within the not-for-profit sector.
  • Data entry experience
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A team player mindset, and the capability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A commitment to providing outstanding service to our members.
