We are currently looking for a motivated and professional Customer Service Representative to join our Call centre team and help us continue to exceed customer expectations.
Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative in the automotive service sector, you will be the first point of contact via phone for customers, ensuring that their experience is smooth, efficient, and positive. You will handle a variety of customer inquiries, from booking a vehicle service or diagnostic appointment, to message taking by way of email, all while maintaining a high standard of service and professionalism, and the best parts are, you don't need a mechanical background to fulfil this role and there is an opportunity to work from home for the right candidate!
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inbound or outbound inquiries via phone or email, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
- Schedule service appointments and manage customer bookings.
- Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and promotions.
- Address customer concerns or complaints with patience and professionalism, offering solutions as needed.
- Collaborate with the service advisors and team members to ensure timely and efficient service.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in call centre or customer service roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A positive, can-do attitude with a passion for helping customers.
- Basic knowledge of automotive terminology or a willingness to learn.
- Full training will be provided
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
The Role:
- Hours: Rotating roster Monday to Friday 7.30am to 5.30pm (various shifts within this timeframe) - WFH flexibility
- Location: Pemulwuy, 2145
- Salary: $33.96ph + super
