Customer Service Representative - Property Claims (Temp)

Key Details

• Role Type: Full-time temporary position for approximately 3 months.
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, between 8:30 AM and 6:00 PM.
• Location: Full-time in the office to begin with two weeks of comprehensive training. Once trained, enjoy a flexible hybrid work arrangement with approximately two days per week in the office.
• Work Rights: Open to Australian citizens, residents, and eligible visa holders.

Your Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls for property claims lodgement with efficiency and professionalism.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing queries and concerns.
• Ensure accurate and detailed information is captured during calls.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and uphold service standards.

• Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call centre environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
