About Our Client:

As they continue to grow, they are looking for five energetic Customer Service Representatives to join their fast-paced, dynamic team in Smithfield on a temporary basis.

Your New Role:
In this exciting role, no two days will be the same! You will be working in a busy call center environment, where you'll be:

• Handling Inquiries: Responding to customer and supplier questions with a positive attitude, both over the phone and via email.
• Providing Order Updates: Keeping customers in the loop on their order status and any changes.
• Sales Coordination: Collaborating with the sales team to manage and process sales quotes.
• Pricing Knowledge: Staying on top of costs and pricing for accurate customer information.
• Lead Generation: Identifying potential sales opportunities and passing leads to the sales team.
• Complaint Resolution: Professionally managing customer complaints and escalating when needed.
