About the role:

• Working with 2 award-winning, Doyle’s Guide recognised Partners.
• Be a part of one of the most successful Corporate Advisory team in
• Advise clients on high-profile M&A transactions, with a focus on mining, renewable and energy sectors.
• Draft contracts and agreements and conduct due diligence.

The ideal candidate:

• Lawyer with 2-8 years PQE.
• A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university, underpinned by excellent academic records.
• Excellent communication skills & meticulous attention to detail.
• Commercially minded, able to develop and maintain relations with clients.
• A team player, capable of working independently.
