About the Role
The firm is highly integrated in complex legal matters and is well known Australia-wide for its involvement in high-profile matters within the financial services sector. This role will primarily focus on AML/CTF work, as well as general corporate advisory matters.

Key responsibilities will include drafting and reviewing important financial documents, such as investment management agreements, compliance plans, disclosure documents, and AML/CTF programs.

You will be assisting a diverse range of clients, including financial planners, fund managers, foreign financial services providers, and many more exciting entities in the financial services space.

About you:
We’re looking for a lawyer with at least 2 years of post-admission experience in corporate advisory or financial services law. You should have a solid understanding of FSR and a strong technical grasp of the sector.

You will also thrive in a collaborative team environment, offering valuable insights and building strong relationships with colleagues and clients alike.
