As a key team member, you'll handle complex corporate work with excellent support from a collaborative team and award-winning leaders across:

• Off-market takeovers, capital reductions and share buy-backs
• Both private and public transactions
• Foreign investment and approvals
• JV, Partnership and business structuring and restructuring advice
• Drafting complex commercial agreements;
• Corporate governance and regulatory compliance advice
• Co-sec matters
• Renewable Energy and Infrastructure matters
• Technology, Privacy and Data law matters

& THE LAWYER THEY NEED -

We are seeking Lawyers or Associates with at least 2 Years PAE in the field of Corporate and Commercial Law, M&A and/or Foreign Investment.

The ideal candidate will have a background in specialist, top, or mid-tier legal settings, demonstrating experience and a drive to excel within a collaborative team environment.
