Salary:
- Base Salary: $60,000 per year
- Commission: Inheriting a growing book of approximately $20k+ per year
- Ability to immediately build your own commission portfolio

Working under the constraints of government program - Pacific Australia Labour Mobility (PALM), we facilitate long-term employment opportunities for hospitality workers. Our energetic, close-knit team based in Kensington, SA, is looking for an International Recruitment Coordinator to join us on our mission to provide exceptional recruitment solutions.
About The Role:
As an International Recruitment Coordinator, you will be responsible for recruiting hospitality workers for the PALM program. You’ll also manage relationships with government departments, clients and workers, while ensuring ongoing welfare support. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about recruitment, with the chance to build and expand their own portfolio of clients.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Recruiting long-term hospitality workers for the PALM program
- Managing ongoing welfare responsibilities for workers
- Monthly interstate travel (including overnight stays and some long drives)
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with government departments
- Client management and regular communication
- Ensuring attention to detail in all aspects of the role
- Meeting 12-week deadlines
- Working in a small, energetic team
- Some weekend and additional hours may be required for travel
- Access to a virtual assistant to help with administrative tasks
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a responsible, hardworking individual with excellent time management skills and a professional attitude. The ideal candidate will be:
- Experienced in recruitment, client management, and relationship building
- Exceptional in communication, both written and verbal (English)
- Confident in presenting and handling government documentation
- A confident traveller, holding a full Australian drivers licence
- Able to consistently meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
- Related university-level education is highly regarded
- Experience working with government departments is beneficial
- Sufficient with Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of the Australian hospitality industry will be viewed favourably

Working Hours:
- Full-time, Monday-Thursday in the office with flexible Friday's
