💰 $70K Base + Super + Monthly Bonuses | OTE $100K+

About the Role

As a Membership & Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a vital role in growing and supporting APN’s membership base while connecting businesses with candidates for apprenticeships. Your focus will be on relationship-building, recruitment, and providing outstanding service to our members and industry partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Strengthen relationships with members, suppliers, and stakeholders.

Drive membership growth and engagement initiatives.

Assist painting businesses in sourcing and recruiting quality candidates.

Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client and candidate relationships.

Use proactive recruitment strategies to meet job fill targets.

Provide exceptional customer service and support to our industry partners.

Ensure all recruitment activities align with industry compliance and standards.

Work closely with the CEO and team to implement strategic business growth initiatives.

Maintain accurate records in the CRM system (Zoho preferred but not essential).
