Our temporary recruitment team has had the privilege of providing staffing solutions for some of Melbourne’s biggest and most iconic venues and events, such as the MCG, Formula One Grand Prix, Spring Racing Carnival, and major music festivals and concerts.
We're now on the hunt for a fun-loving, ambitious Recruitment Coordinator to support the expansion of our temporary recruitment division. Help grow our temporary labour and security departments to match the success of our hospitality team.
The successful candidate may have experience in recruitment; however, more importantly, they will be a natural people person who loves to build and nurture relationships. They will also have a high level of organisation and motivation, along with a desire to grow a career within our dynamic organisation.

What do you do?
- Help expand our temporary recruitment team into the labour and security markets
- Provide support and coordination of the temporary recruitment processes
- Write job ads, screen resumes, and conduct interviews for temporary positions
- Coordinate and roster temporary staff accordingly
- Use JobAdder to track candidates through the recruitment process
- Liaise with clients to understand their business and recruitment/staffing needs
- Build meaningful relationships with clients, candidates, and staff
- Attend networking events, lunches, and dinners
What do you need?
- The ability to communicate professionally with clients and candidates
- A love for human interaction & is a natural people person
- Ambitious, motivated, and keen to grow within the organisation
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Willingness to work weekends on occasion (time in lieu offered)
