We are seeking a 1-3 month temp Practice Manager starting immediately. You will work Monday to Friday in a well organised speicalist medical practice managing a team of 3 experienced reception/admin staff in a beautiful office with free parking. If you prefer to work 4 days a week the contract can be for Tues to Fri.

ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a contract temporary role, open to part time for the right candidate.
The Practice Manager plays a pivotal role in the smooth day-to-day running of the practice. Reporting to the Director, the Practice Manager leads the administrative team and works closely with health professionals to foster a collaborative and supportive workplace. This role requires strong attention to detail, extensive experience in medical administration, and a passion for patient centred care. You will want to bring your best self to work every day and help others do the same. You will be a super-user of Genie practice management software and Microsoft 365 products and help us to maintain a paper-free office. Your key accountabilities:
- Operations & Office Management
- Team supervision
- Genie PMS Super user
- Policy and procedure compliance and management
- Roster Management
- Managing the admin officer responsible for the Insulin Pump Process and invoicing
- Referral management
- Key contact for external IT services
- You will need to work on reception and answer the phone when required
- Manage Patient feedback
- Financial management is not required as we have an excellent outsourced accountant who manages payroll and other financial responsibilities.
ABOUT YOU
- You have extensive experience in a similar role, preferably in a specialist or multi-disciplinary practice.
- Quick learner who can get up to speed and manage the team effectively in a short period of time.
- Proven experience in the management of patient information with confidentiality and security
- Demonstrated experience in managing a team of administrative staff
- Ability to multi task and effectively facilitate a multi-disciplinary team
- Demonstrate an alignment in values with a strong commitment to patient centered care
- Expertise in Genie Practice Management Software (PMS)
- You are highly organized with strong communication skills
- Previous experience in diabetes and endocrine conditions is an advantage
- You must already be living in Perth and have the right to work in Australia
