You'll be part of a modern and well run practice supporting friendly doctors and nursing staff, working with the assistance of two Receptionists and and assisting a local patient base. They are committed to providing high-quality service and are seeking a talented full time Practice Manager to ensure the continued success of their operations.
THE ROLE
As the Practice Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the smooth function of the practice. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing two Receptionists and handling front desk services, including patient welcome, billing, and query resolution.
- Working with an onsite nurse and supporting 4-5 doctors.
- Using practice management software and maintaining patient information systems.
- Ensuring the proper maintenance of office equipment and supplies, and managing security and facility services.
- Overseeing financial activities, including invoice approvals and reporting.
- Building positive relationships with doctors and managing their schedules and room allocations.
- Supporting patient care and managing staff performance and training.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 3+ years' experience in a similar role, as a Senior Medical Receptionist, Senior Medical administrator, Office Manager or a Practice Manager.
- Strong organisational and customer service skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and medical software.
- Certificate IV in Practice Management, Frontline Management, Business Administration, or similar qualifications preferred but not essential.
SALARY
$70,000 - $80,000 base, plus superannuation.
