Salary: Between $60,000 and $70,000 depending on experience

We’re looking for an experienced Loan Processor / Mortgage Broker Assistant to join our friendly team and help us deliver smooth and stress-free home loan experiences for our clients. If you believe you have transferrable skills but haven't worked in this industry before please still apply. If you have a background in insurance or have worked in a call centre you will probably have some of the skills we are looking for.

The Role:
As a Loan Processor, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our brokers and clients through the loan application process. From preparing and submitting applications to following up with lenders and keeping clients updated, you’ll help keep everything running like clockwork.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Preparing and lodging home loan applications
✅ Liaising with clients, lenders, solicitors, and other stakeholders
✅ Ensuring all documents are complete and compliant
✅ Tracking applications and providing regular updates to clients and brokers
✅ Maintaining accurate records and following processes to ensure a smooth workflow

What We’re Looking For:
✅ Previous experience in a loan processing, mortgage admin, or broker support role (preferred)
✅ Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
✅ Great communication skills – both written and verbal
✅ Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
✅ A team player with a positive attitude
