We’re looking for a dedicated professional with at least two years of finance/accounting experience supporting our firm’s senior brokers. In this role, you’ll work closely with an experienced commercial and residential broker gaining valuable hands-on experience in residential home loans, commercial lending and asset finance.

Your responsibilities will include analysing and processing loan applications, structuring tailored solutions and working with various lender platforms to ensure smooth transactions and settlements. Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with our firm’s senior brokers, gaining practical knowledge in diverse lending solutions.

• Analyse and solve complex loan scenarios, providing customised solutions for clients.

• Process loan applications efficiently, ensuring compliance with lender requirements.

• Utilise serviceability calculators, price home loans and navigate ApplyOnline and other lender platforms.

• Learn about commercial lending and asset finance, expanding your industry knowledge.
