Our business is looking for an experienced and motivated loan processor to join our lending division. At Walshs we have a dedicated lending division who ensure our clients receive a high level of client service from pre-approval through to settlement. There is no cold calling as our mortgage broking business is provided with referrals from our financial planning and accounting division.

What will you do?

• Research and develop loan strategies
• Manage the loan application process from start to finish for all finance requirements
• Build and manage client relationships to ensure a positive experience
• Work with our lending client service coordinators to assist in the administration of loan applications
• Liaise with the banks on behalf of the client to ensure a great client experience

What you need:

• Minimum 5 years' experience working as a loan processor (if you have less and can convince us you can do it, go for it)
• Certificate in IV Finance and Mortgage Broking
• A high level of professionalism with excellent communication skills
• Resilience and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with MyCRM and Broker Engine would be an advantage, but is not essential
• Familiarity with lending policies of NAB, ANZ, BOQ, Macquarie and Westpac is desirable
