Key Responsibilities:

• Manage loan applications from pre-submission to settlement.
• Ensure an excellent client experience through effective communication and attention to detail.

Essential Criteria:

• Enthusiastic and motivated with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in loan processing for a mortgage broker.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Broker CRM platforms (Sales Trekker) and AOL.

Highly Desirable:

• Experience with Sales Trekker.
• Knowledge of commercial and SMSF loan processing.
• Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking.
