The ICT Commercial Analyst is responsible for managing the Business and Information Systems operational, capital and salaries budgets, along with the management and forecasting of all costs associated with the delivery of information management and ICT contracts and services.
As the ICT Commercial Analyst, you will have a detailed understanding of the budget process, and an in-depth knowledge of contracts and the changing cost structures associated with ICT services. You will participate in the proactive management of contracts, ensuring that all deliverables are verified, and cost effectiveness measures are in-place.
This position is available for immediate filling on a full-time, permanent basis. This process may be used to fill future similar permanent or fixed-term positions that may arise across the WA public sector in the next 12 months from the initial date of appointment.
To be successful for this position, you need to demonstrate:
- Considerable experience leading and managing Operational, and Capital Budgets, within an ICT environment.
- Considerable knowledge of current and emerging trends with an ICT environment and how these can impact the financial position.
- Considerable experience developing, promoting and delivering on ICT Financial management, ensuring business, stakeholder and broader community value.
- Demonstrate the behaviours within the leadership context of Leading Others

Special Requirements for this position:
