About the Role

This position is ideal for a Buyer’s Agent with investment experience who thrives in an analytical, results-driven environment. You will be responsible for:

• Identifying & Securing Investment Properties: Sourcing high-performing properties across multiple states and negotiating the best outcomes.
• Market Research & Data Analysis: Evaluating emerging growth areas, comparable sales, rental demand, and property fundamentals.
• Off-Market & Pre-Sale Deals: Building strong relationships with real estate agents to gain access to exclusive opportunities.
• Due Diligence & Risk Assessment: Assessing zoning, demographics, and investment risks to ensure high-quality purchases.
• Client Strategy Execution: Assisting investors in making data-backed decisions to grow their portfolios.
• Understanding Property Laws & Contracts: Navigating different state-based regulations and settlement processes.
• Property Presentations: Preparing compelling, professional reports that outline the best investment opportunities for clients.
