Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the MD and CFO to provide in-depth analysis that informs investment decisions, enhances profitability, and shapes customer strategy.
• Oversee the country-level FP&A process, ensuring accurate and timely budgeting and forecasting.
• Build and maintain relationships across various functions within the business and finance at both local and regional levels, facilitating effective communication and information sharing.
• Track financial performance and KPIs, providing actionable insights to drive improvements and support business objectives.
• Prepare and present financial reports and insights to senior management, ensuring they have the necessary information for strategic decision-making.

What We’re Looking For:

• A CA/CPA/CIMA qualified candidate with a proven track record in a large, high-performance environment
• Strong FP&A technical skills, having partnered with the C Suite in a regional or head office role.
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to deliver insightful analytics that support business initiatives.
• A passionate leader with excellent relationship management skills, capable of inspiring and guiding a talented team.
